Our Story

NAPS executives have first-hand experience with state classification issues and insurance liability gaps with contractors. After years of disputing various state audits and held to large monetary liabilities resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars in tax assessments. Executives of NAPS were determined to develop an entity specifically to assist  employers within the transportation industry on the avoidance of mis-classification, proper insurance requirements while dealing with the various regulatory agencies.
